Excellent service! Very attentive attitude to customers, high-quality service. Special thanks to the store employee Robertas. Excellent communication and help from him. I bought a "Jackson Pro Plus XT Kelly KE HT6 Baritone Ebony Fingerboard Satin Black"
guitar and was very worried that it would come to me in Spain without damage, since before that I had a sad experience with other stores in Europe, guitars came with a broken corner. Robertas was sympathetic to this issue and provided excellent additional protective packaging for the guitar. And he was in touch all the time until I received my order and made sure everything was in order. I got the guitar in perfect condition. I am very grateful, and I recommend this store.👍👍
